I was trusted to implement various social media strategies and content creation to build online visibility, create more engagement and bring in more patients into the practice. I did this by creating social media content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok. I also had the responsibility of establishing and building relationships with other local businesses and communities by joining a networking group as a representative for Dental Works as well as planning and executing events on-site and off-site for Dental Works to attend or host.
Along with planning and implementing social media content, I also created all marketing materials whether it be a flyer, blog post, instagram post or tik tok video. I was able to utilize my graphic design schooling within this position and created all design elements of all marketing materials. I also helped maintain our website, engaged in B2B networking, and assisted in the company podcast production.

With years of experience in professional administrative positions, I've mastered the art of organization, communication, and problem-solving to ensure smooth operations and business success. I’ve learned how to manage an entire administrative team in the retail space from 2018-2020 and even have experience in the human resources side of administrative work. My latest administrative assistant position is for Bellevue College in Bellevue, Washington.
